Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on noleak-eosin.vercel.app (and any NoLeak domain) from NOLEAK. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

1. NoLeak Platform subscription (₹999 per month)

• You can sign up and explore the dashboard for free. The subscription starts when you subscribe from Dashboard → Billing; there is no free trial period.
• The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Billing → Cancel subscription.
• When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. No further charges are made.
• Monthly fees already paid are not refundable for partially used months, except as described in section 3.
• WhatsApp message charges are billed by Meta directly to your own WhatsApp Business account and are not collected or refunded by NoLeak.

2. NoLeak Code (₹1,299 one-time)

• NoLeak Code is a digital product delivered instantly as a download.
• If you have not downloaded the code, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Once the code has been downloaded, the purchase is non-refundable, because the digital goods cannot be returned.

3. Failed, duplicate or incorrect charges

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged but did not receive access, email us with your payment ID. Verified cases are refunded in full.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.

5. How to request

Email venkyb466@gmail.com with the subject "Refund request", your registered email and the Razorpay payment ID. We reply within 2 working days.
