Replies are free inside the 24-hour window that opens when a customer messages you. The bot stays quiet for a while after a team member replies, so it never talks over your agents.

Outside these hours the Away reply is sent (at most once every 12 hours per customer). Times are India time.

Migrates a number between two WhatsApp Business Accounts you own, keeping its display name, quality rating and messaging tier. Two-step verification must be off on the number first. Do the steps in order.
